Human Resources - Executive Coaching and Board Transition Consultant

Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.  (SGR) is inviting experienced and qualified training or human resources consultant(s) subject matter experts to provide executive leadership development and coaching to newly assigned and appointed individuals in the executive board and leadership positions. While a human resources business professional is ideal, an executive coach or an individual experienced in executive leadership development or career coaching also fits the criteria. The primary objective would be to coach newly appointed executive leaders helping them to apply talent and dramatically accelerate their potential and professional development in their respective positions of responsibility. 

Centennial Public Relations and Marketing

Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.  (SGR) is inviting experienced and qualified public and marketing professionals to submit proposals for comprehensive public relations and marketing services to support the publicizing and marketing of events and activities leading up to the celebration of its 100 years of community service, as well as the culminating events in July and November of 2022.

The successful Proponent will be invited to negotiate a Contract for services providing public relations and marketing for Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. The term of the Contract will be for a period of 24 months with the option to renew, if necessary. Options for renewal will be subject to the agreement of both parties.   

Document Storage, Shredding, Scanning, and Electronic Document Management Services

This document is a Request for Proposal (“RFP”) for the digitization of membership records, national publications, and other important records and offsite backup and storage of the membership records, publications, etc.

Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc. (“Sorority”) seeks proposals for secure offsite storage and related services for Sorority records, materials or artifacts (“Files”) for its offices located at 1000 Southhill Drive, Suite 200, Cary, NC 27513. The Sorority’s office files and/or scanned on-site documents should be imported into an electronic document management system, preferably IMIS. The contract for offsite storage and related services, file scanning, and electronic document management shall be, June 1st through June 28th, 2019

Data Security Assessment    

Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.  (SGR) is inviting experienced and qualified professionals to submit proposals for data security services to provide IT products, services or support.


Centennial Documentary    

Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority, Inc.  (SGR) is inviting experienced and qualified video production companies to submit proposals to create a professional 60 minute documentary on the history of Sigma Gamma Rho. The program will be used to celebrate the sorority at organizational events and will also be considered for television viewing.
